Kumasi Polytechnic has since 1993, come a long way to make its mark in the country as a strong and creditable tertiary institute. It is currently made up of six Faculties, one School, and two Institutes.

They comprise of 27 Departments offering Full – time and Part – time programmes at Tertiary and Non – Tertiary Levels. The Polytechnic offers unique programmes such as Estate Management and Dispensing Technology and these disciplines attract students from Uganda, Sierra leone, Nigeria, the West African sub region.
