2. Enter the 25 digit Application code found with the forms you purchased as shown below:

3. Read the instructions found on the next page shown below (To proceed, click next): 

4. Please enter your Application Details and Personal Details as shown in the form below:

5. Please enter Information about your Schools Attended as shown below (To proceed, click Next):

6. Please enter information about relevant certificates obtained as shown below (To proceed, click Next):

7. Once Filling of forms is completed, the pages below indicate the end of the Application process:
