K-Poly, Zenith Bank sign tenancy agreement

A tenancy agreement regularizing the stay of Zenith Bank on the premises of Kumasi Polytechnic has been formally signed by representatives of the two entities at a short ceremony.
Professor Nicholas Nsowah-Nuamah, Rector signed for the Polytechnic while Mr. James Wiafe Akenten, the Zonal Manager for Kumasi signed on behalf of the Managing Director of Zenith Bank Mr. Daniel Asiedu.
In his brief remarks, the Rector pledged to maintain a congenial environment for the Bank to operate its branch on the K-Poly campus.
“We hope Zenith Bank will stay with us for a long time and be good tenants at the same time,” Professor Nsowah-Nuamah said.
Mr. Wiafe Akenten, for his part, expressed delight that the agreement has been signed after lengthy negotiations.
“Since we have been here, Zenith have had no cause to complain so far and we assure you that we will be good tenants,” he said.
Mr. Wiafe Akenten said the bank will honour all of its obligations under the agreement. Zenith operates a branch on the OA Street side of the K-Poly campus.
