Rogerson Anokye

Lecturer

Rogerson Anokye holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Technology Education (B.Ed (Hons) from University of Education, Winneba and a Master of Science in Wood Technology and Management (MSc.) from the Faculty of Renewable Natural Resources, KNUST.

 

He lectures Management, Principles of Supervision, Production Technology and Material Technology.  His research interest areas include Maintenance, Furniture Production from Non-Traditional Timber and Packaging of Furniture. Having taught in the Department for three years, he loves teaching and imparting young psyche and engaging in dissertations in his research interest areas.

 

He has been very much instrumental in the Production Unit of the Department of Interior Architecture and Furniture Production as well as the Consultancy Services Unit of the School of Engineering. He serves as the Liaison between the Department and our clients.

 

Mr. Anokye acts as the department’s representative in the team which represents K-Poly at the Competency Based Teaching (CBT) Curricula Development Workshop organized by NABPTEX in Shai Hills, Tema between October and December 2010.

 

Quite active in Christian service, Rogerson is a Development Committee Chairman at the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Anwomaso, Kumasi. On campus, he is also a Patron of the Local Pax Romana at K-Poly. Mr. Rogerson Anokye is married with two children and resides outside campus.
