A Business Development Manager has been appointed for the Polytechnic under the Rector’s Office and is the primary contact for HODs, Staff and students. Taking advantage of his extensive Engineering, Service Enterprise, Business Strategy and Commercialisation experience, Eric is responsible for the development, management and commercialisation of all the departments’ Internally Generated Funds (IGFs) at Kumasi Polytechnic.
 
Eric is the past Business Strategy Manager of Multi Credit Savings & Loans Ltd, the fastest growing and the 2nd best Savings & Loans Company in Ghana. While at Multi Credit, Eric led the re-branding and positioning of the company (formerly Garden City Savings & Loans) in July 2010. He also developed many products and services in his short stay and led the commercialisation of the company’s products and services. In addition, Eric has held similar position at Kessben Group of Companies, and was responsible for managing the 7 business units under the service conglomerate.
 
He had also worked as the Service Administration Manager at Mantrac Ghana Ltd. Mantrac Ghana Ltd is a subsidiary of Mantrac/Unatrac Group, the only franchised agent of Caterpillar Inc. and the leading Construction and Earthmoving Equipment and Services Company in Africa. At Mantrac, Eric used his engineering expertise to help improve the service administration system of the company.
